Complaints and suggestions
Customer feedback is very important to MAGISMED as it allows us to implement improvements in the services we provide. Therefore, if for any reason customers are not satisfied with the services provided or with any of the goods purchased, or if they have any suggestions, MAGISMED would be grateful if they could report any situation, within 14 days of the occurrence or receipt of the order by the recipient or a third party designated by them, to one of the Customer Service contact channels.
If the customer has received a defective or damaged product, or if the product received is different from the one they actually ordered, they must attach a video to their complaint or, as the case may be, photographs in which both the problem detected and the condition of the box in which the parcel was delivered are clearly visible.
The customer must also keep both the defective, damaged or non-conforming product and the parcel box in their possession until further notice from Customer Service.
If, upon delivery of the order, the outside of the box is not in perfect condition, the customer must reject the delivery under penalty of non-acceptance of the claim.
Warning: If, as a result of the assessment of the complaint submitted, the customer is sent a voucher to send the product in a future order, this voucher must be used within the expiry date indicated on the voucher, otherwise the replacement product will be out of stock.
MAGISMED is registered on the Online Complaints Book Platform, so any customer can access it by clicking here or going to https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
