Deadline for returns:
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition of returned items:
Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be accepted.

Refunds:
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. You will have to wait a certain number of days, which will be clarified by the customer service team, for the refund to be credited.

Shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
